    Recently, our company's sales manager received feedback from a foreign customer. The lime rotary kiln produced by our company has been operating at the customer's site for several years, demonstrating stable performance, high output, and low energy consumption. It has been sincerely recognized by the customer.

    The rotary kiln in a lime kiln is an industrial equipment specifically designed for calcining limestone, with its primary function being the production of active lime (also known as quicklime).

    This equipment decomposes limestone (mainly composed of calcium carbonate) through high-temperature calcination, generating calcium oxide (CaO) and carbon dioxide. Activated lime, with its high reactivity, is an important raw material in industries such as steel smelting, chemical production, and building materials. For example, in the steel industry, activated lime is used as a slagging agent, which can effectively remove harmful impurities such as sulfur and phosphorus from molten steel, thereby enhancing the quality of steel products.

     The environmental lime kiln produced by my company has advanced structure. It can effectively improve preheating effect with its low resistance vertical preheater. After the limestone is preheated, the feeding decomposition rate can reach 20-25%, thus can directly make us of 10-15mm fine fraction limestone. The reliable airtight two-ends combination squama make the air leakage factor under 10%. The usage of compound refractory reduces radiation loss.
