Introduction of XJF flotation machine
Flotation machine is used for separating ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can be also used for separation of non-metal materials such as coal fluorite and steatite. The impeller rotates by triangle belt of the motor, with produces centrifugal function and causes negative pressure.0n one hand it draws in enough air mixed with ore magma; on the other hand it agitates to mix ore magma with chemical medicines. At the same time, it minifies bubbles so that minerals can stick above them .float on the surface of magma, and form mineralized bubbles. The height of plate can be adjusted to control fluid level so that the available bubbles can be scrapped out by scrapers.

Mixing bucket, agitation barrels, mixing tanks, mixing barrels, are used for mixing pulp before the floatation process, makes the pulp and medicament mixed intensively, and creates condition for the ore beneficiation working.

This series screens are always used in processing minerals such as ferrous metals including hematite & magnetic and nonferrous metals including lead, zinc, gold and silver etc. This machine works in a re-circulating network with ball mill, which can upgrade the fineness of ferrous and nonferrous metals. Its efficiency is twice as that of spiral classifier.
